We use UG, SolidWorks and PRO-E software and can open 3D drawing, we have a professional team of engineers, based on customer requirements and actual production conditions, who can modify the product drawings and design complete 3D mold drawings.

We have ISO9001 and SGS certificates and IATF 16949 certificate. And we will have 100% inspection before shipment. From now on, we already made more than 1000 kinds of CNC maching parts and die casting products.

The export rate reach to 95% in 2024, the main market is in Europe, Middle-East, American and South America and Korea.

Regarding CNC machining ability, our factory has 16 sets of CNC machines, which include 2 sets of 5 axis Brother machines. And we have a professional machining team, from deisgn to quality control.

Provide the intended customer with complete drawings, material information, accuracy requirements, process requirements, surface treatment methods, processing quantity, and delivery requirements. If there is an assembly relationship, provide an assembly drawing as much as possible to clarify the coordination requirements between the parts and other components.

The design team meets for the first time to interpret the drawings and design requirements, confirm the rationality of key dimensions, tolerances, form and position tolerances, check the completeness of the drawings (whether there are missing sections, detail annotations, and whether the 3D model has broken surfaces); discuss the compatibility of materials and processing technology; discuss the feasibility and optimization of processing technology; discuss precision and quality control measures; discuss tooling design; discuss solutions to special requirements, etc.
Based on the discussion results, provide the customer with feedback on the interpretation of the drawings (reiterate the understanding of key dimensions, tolerances, and functional requirements, and confirm whether they are consistent with customer expectations); explain the final processing technology to ensure that the customer recognizes the feasibility of the process; make design optimization suggestions and solicit customer opinions; provide quotation details, delivery cycle, etc.; confirm acceptance criteria, etc.

According to the order quantity, we will carry out batch production. During the production process, we will conduct random inspections and comprehensive inspections according to the processing requirements to ensure product quality.

Dimension inspection: according to customer requirements, use calipers, micrometers, three-coordinate measuring instruments to check whether key dimensions, tolerances, form and position tolerances are standard, and generate inspection reports.
