NINGBO QUANXING MOULD AND MACHINERY Co., Ltd is OEM customized die casting manufacturer, which located in Ningbo city. Specializing in making CNC machining parts ( aluminum, steel, brass, stainless steel ), die casting molds and products ( aluminum, zinc, magnesium ) as customers' design over 15 years.
We use UG, SolidWorks and PRO-E software and can open 3D drawing, we have a professional team of engineers, based on customer requirements and actual production conditions, who can modify the product drawings and design complete 3D mold drawings.
We have ISO9001 and SGS certificates and IATF 16949 certificate. And we will have 100% inspection before shipment. From now on, we already made more than 1000 kinds of CNC maching parts and die casting products.
The export rate reach to 95% in 2024, the main market is in Europe, Middle-East, American and South America and Korea.
Regarding CNC machining ability, our factory has 16 sets of CNC machines, which include 2 sets of 5 axis Brother machines. And we have a professional machining team, from deisgn to quality control.
